The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical engineering, and particularly relates to an intelligent aircraft tractor and a traction method.The intelligent aircraft tractor comprises a U-shaped traction platform, a steering driving mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the end, away from an aircraft, of the traction platform, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the inner side surface of the end, away from the aircraft, of the traction platform; and pushing mechanisms are symmetrically distributed on the inner surface of the traction platform. According to the intelligent aircraft tractor and the traction method, the piston rod of the pushing air cylinder moves to push the reinforcing block forwards through the pushing air cylinder hinged to the interior of the mounting frame, thrust is transmitted to the bionic mechanical arm, and therefore the bionic mechanical arm grabs and pushes the surface of an aircraft guide wheel, and the surface of the aircraft guide wheel is gradually pushed forwards along with the bionic mechanical arm; the guide wheels of the airplane can rotate by more than one fourth circle every time so as to complete advancing, so that the airplane can be dragged without a rod, and the traction resistance is reduced.

    本发明属于机械工程技术领域,尤其是一种智能化飞机牵引车及牵引方法,包括呈U字形状的牵引平台,所述牵引平台远离飞机的一端下表面设置有转向驱动机构,所述牵引平台远离飞机一端的内侧表面设置有卡接机构,所述牵引平台的内表面呈对称分布设置有推动机构。该智能化飞机牵引车及牵引方法,通过安装框内铰接的推动气缸动作,使其活塞杆向前推动加强块,并将该推力传递至仿生机械手,因而通过仿生机械手将飞机导向轮的表面进行抓取推动,随着仿生机械手向前逐步推动,可使得每次飞机导向轮都能旋转大于四分之一圈而完成前进,因而可采用无杆将飞机进行牵引,降低牵引阻力。
