According to the pressure-adjustable pressing block mechanism driven by the spiral rack, by collecting dynamic data of vehicle running and abrasion data of the spiral rack and the gear, the extension length of the hydraulic telescopic rod is dynamically and automatically controlled, the hydraulic telescopic rod drives the positioning base and the spring to extrude the positioning pressing block, and self-adaptive adjustment of the pressure of the positioning pressing block is achieved; the pressure of the positioning pressing block can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode under different dynamic data and abrasion data states.

    本发明涉及转向器压块技术领域,特别涉及螺旋齿条传动的可调压力压块机构,包括外壳体和安装在外壳体内相互啮合的螺旋齿条和齿轮,还包括压块组件,所述压块组件设置在外壳体内,用于对螺旋齿条进行支撑限位;压力控制单元,所述压力控制单元包括动态参数采集模块、压块参数采集模块、磨损参数采集模块、数据分析模块和控制器。本发明提供的螺旋齿条传动的可调压力压块机构,通过采集车辆行驶的动态数据以及螺旋齿条和齿轮的磨损数据,动态自动控制液压伸缩杆的伸长长度,液压伸缩杆带动定位座和弹簧挤压定位压块,实现对定位压块的压力的自适应调节,实现在不同动态数据和磨损数据状态下,自适应调节定位压块的压力。
