The invention relates to a subway vehicle state real-time evaluation method based on online monitoring data. The method comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring vibration acceleration data of all tunnel walls in one day; 2) calculating the maximum Z vibration level VLZ, max of the vibration acceleration signal of the tunnel wall; (3) the tunnel wall vibration acceleration data correspond to a train operation timetable, and the maximum Z vibration level of tunnel wall vibration caused by each train is obtained; 4) determining the screening value of the maximum Z vibration level numerical value of the tunnel wall vibration of each monitored section; 5) counting the frequency anami of each train exceeding the screening value of each monitoring section within one day, and calculating the corresponding single-day probability prnum; 6) continuously monitoring and counting tunnel wall vibration acceleration data in multiple days, and calculating a train vehicle state index VSINum value, and 7) evaluating the vehicle state based on the train vehicle state index VSINum value.
