The invention relates to a laser digital holographic detection device and method for a train wheel, and belongs to the technical field of nondestructive detection. A holographic interference pattern of the train wheel is obtained through the laser digital holographic detection device, three-dimensional model reconstruction is conducted on the train wheel on the basis of the holographic interference pattern, then relevant parameters are extracted for a three-dimensional model, the parameters are data representation of the actual situation of the train wheel, and workers judge the actual situation of the train wheel through the parameters; when the detection device and the detection method are used for detecting the train wheels, the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, the detection efficiency can be improved, a detection result with relatively high precision can be obtained, and the accuracy of judging the actual condition of the train wheels can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种列车车轮激光数字全息检测装置及检测方法,属于无损检测技术领域。本发明通过激光数字全息检测装置获取列车车轮的全息干涉图,并基于全息干涉图,对列车车轮进行三维模型重建,再针对三维模型,提取相关参数,参数是对列车车轮实际情况的数据体现,工作人员通过参数判断列车车轮实际情况;使用本发明检测装置及检测方法对列车车轮开展检测工作,可以降低工作人员劳动强度,提升检测效率,获得较高精确度的检测结果,提高对列车车轮实际情况判断的准确性。
