The invention discloses a self-adaptive positioning mechanism of a track-reinforced vehicle running along a track. The self-adaptive positioning mechanism comprises a longitudinal air cylinder, a transverse air cylinder, a bottom plate, an accessory mounting plate and a positioning wheel device, the accessory mounting plate is used for mounting at least one accessory of a laser head group mechanism, a heating head mechanism and a spray gun mechanism; a telescopic shaft of the longitudinal cylinder is longitudinally connected with the bottom plate; a sliding rail is arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate; a telescopic shaft of the transverse cylinder is transversely connected with the accessory mounting plate; the sliding block is arranged on the upper surface of the accessory mounting plate; the sliding block can transversely move along the sliding rail; thrust of the longitudinal air cylinder can enable the wheel face of the wheel main part to be always tightly attached to the top face of the rail, thrust of the transverse air cylinder can enable the side face of the wheel side part to be always tightly attached to the side face of the rail, and therefore it is guaranteed that the distance between accessories on the accessory mounting plate and the rail is kept unchanged. Therefore, the influence on the enhancement effect caused by the change of the relative position of the track enhancement vehicle and the track is eliminated.
本发明公开了沿轨道行驶的轨道增强车辆的自适应定位机构,包括纵向气缸、横向气缸、底板、附件安装板和定位轮装置;附件安装板用于安装包括激光头组机构、加热头机构和喷枪机构中的至少一种附件;纵向气缸的伸缩轴纵向连接底板,底板的下表面设有滑轨;横向气缸的伸缩轴横向连接附件安装板,滑块设于附件安装板的上表面;滑块可沿着滑轨横向移动;纵向气缸的推力能使轮主部的轮面时刻保持紧贴轨道的顶面,横向气缸的推力能使轮侧部的侧面时刻保持紧贴轨道的侧面,从而保证附件安装板上的附件与轨道的距离保持不变;进而消除轨道增强车辆与轨道的相对位置变化引起的对增强效果的影响。
