The present invention provides a dynamic route assignment method and system for a vehicle, the method comprising determining a travel route according to a user request, the user request comprising a route start point and a route end point; acquiring driving data of each driving road section of the driving route in real time, wherein the driving data comprises the distance and energy consumption of each driving road section; performing priority ranking on each driving road section based on the acquired driving data of each driving road section; and dynamically assigning, to the vehicle, a travel section in the travel route for which an electric mode is enabled based on the priority ranking. In addition, the invention also provides a vehicle supporting the dynamic route assignment.
