The invention discloses a torsional vibration counteracting method of a DHT hybrid power system and the hybrid power system. The DHT hybrid power system comprises a motor and an engine, a rotor of the motor is in rigid connection with a crankshaft of the engine, the output end of the motor is provided with a torsional vibration reduction mechanism, and the torsional vibration counteracting method comprises the steps that a torque output function of the engine is obtained, a pulsation function is determined according to the torque output function, and a torsional vibration counteracting function about counteracting torque is established; the superposition value of the offset torque and the engine torque pulsation is equal to or close to 0; and when the engine and the motor operate, the required offset torque is calculated according to the torsional vibration offset function, then an offset torque instruction corresponding to the motor is determined, and the offset torque instruction is superposed to output control when the motor normally works. The torque fluctuation and the rotating speed fluctuation of the hybrid power system can be reduced, the system cost is lower, the weight is lower, and meanwhile the vibration noise level of the hybrid power system is close to or even better than that of a traditional DHT configuration hybrid power system.

    本发明公开一种DHT混合动力系统的扭振抵消方法和混合动力系统;DHT混合动力系统包括电机和发动机,电机的转子与发动机的曲轴刚性连接,电机的输出端设有扭转减振机构,扭振抵消方法包括:获取发动机的扭矩输出函数,根据扭矩输出函数确定脉动函数,建立关于抵消扭矩的扭振抵消函数,且抵消扭矩和发动机扭矩脉动叠加值等于0或接近于0;在发动机和电机运行时,根据扭振抵消函数计算出所需的抵消扭矩,进而确定电机对应的抵消扭矩指令,将抵消扭矩指令叠加到电机正常工作时的输出控制上。本发明可降低混合动力系统的扭矩波动和转速波动,在使系统成本更低、重量更低的同时,使其振动噪声水平与传统DHT构型混合动力系统接近甚至更优。
