The invention provides an electric drive system overheating protection method, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a vehicle speed, a battery on-off state and a motor rotating speed based on a received motor power fault signal; and determining to execute a first overheating protection strategy or a second overheating protection strategy based on the vehicle speed and the on-off state of the battery. After the motor controller receives the motor power fault signal, the state of the battery switch and the vehicle speed are judged in advance to determine whether to enter the first overheat protection strategy with the high ASC and OC switching threshold value or enter the second overheat protection strategy with the low ASC and OC switching threshold value, so that the thermal failure probability of the electric drive system is reduced as much as possible, and the service life of the electric drive system is prolonged. And the system robustness is improved.

    本申请提供一种电驱动系统过热保护方法、电子设备及车辆,所述方法包括基于接收到的电机动力故障信号,获取车速、电池开关状态及电机转速;基于所述车速及电池开关状态,确定执行第一过热保护策略或第二过热保护策略。本申请的电机控制器在接收到电机动力故障信号后,通过先行判断电池开关的状态及车速,以确定是进入ASC与OC切换阈值较高的第一过热保护策略,还是进入ASC与OC切换阈值较低的第二过热保护策略,以尽量降低电驱动系统的热失效概率,提高系统鲁棒性。
