The invention discloses a method for valuing traction force of a storage battery locomotive, which is used for valuing the traction force of a traction motor I and a traction motor II of the storage battery locomotive, and comprises the following steps: in the traction force set value of each traction motor: # imgabs0 #, Fmax is the maximum allowable traction force of the locomotive at the current speed; the PI frame allows the maximum traction force allowed by the storage battery of the I frame, the PII frame allows the maximum traction force allowed by the storage battery of the II frame, and the storage battery of the I frame and the storage battery of the II frame respectively supply power to the traction motor of the I frame and the traction motor of the II frame; fSet is the total traction force set value of the locomotive at the current level; and the PctI frame and the PctII frame are the percentage of the maximum traction power allowed by the I frame storage battery and the percentage of the maximum traction power allowed by the II frame storage battery in the maximum traction power allowed by the whole vehicle storage battery respectively. The invention further provides a control method, equipment and a medium. The storage battery can be protected, it is guaranteed that the actual traction force of the whole locomotive meets the set value of the driver controller as much as possible, and the usability of the locomotive is improved.
