The invention relates to the technical field of automobile thermal management, in particular to an automobile thermal management system and an automobile. The automobile heat management system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a waste heat recoverer and a valve terminal, the compressor is located between the condenser and the waste heat recoverer, the condenser and the waste heat recoverer are provided with a first arc-shaped part and a second arc-shaped part respectively, and the first arc-shaped part and the second arc-shaped part are both attached to the peripheral side face of the compressor. A preset space is defined between the condenser and the waste heat recoverer, the valve terminal is installed in the preset space and connected with the compressor, the condenser is connected to one side of the valve terminal, and the waste heat recoverer is connected to the other side of the valve terminal. The automobile heat management system is small in size, high in integration level and capable of saving cost and improving heat exchange efficiency.
