Determining a four-wheel synchronous residual reference step number; determining a lifting rigidity synchronous control coefficient according to the expected lifting rigidity and the expected lifting execution rigidity of the frame executed at the last moment; according to the lifting rigidity synchronous control coefficient, the four-wheel synchronous residual reference step number, the expected lifting rigidity of the frame executed at the previous moment and the expected lifting execution rigidity, the expected lifting rigidity of the frame executed at the current moment is determined; and when the expected lifting rigidity of the frame executed at the current moment is equal to the corresponding expected lifting execution rigidity, it is determined that adjustment of the four-wheel frame of the vehicle is completed. The purpose of controlling the adjusting process of each wheel is achieved, and the posture of the vehicle tends to be stable.

    本发明提供了一种车架升降刚度调整方法及装置,包括:根据上一时刻已执行的车架升降期望刚度、最大允许变化能力和升降期望执行刚度,确定升降剩余所需执行步数,根据所有车轮的所有升降剩余所需执行步数,确定四轮同步剩余参考步数;根据上一时刻已执行的车架升降期望刚度、升降期望执行刚度,确定升降刚度同步控制系数;根据升降刚度同步控制系数、四轮同步剩余参考步数、上一时刻已执行的车架升降期望刚度和升降期望执行刚度,确定当前时刻执行的车架升降期望刚度;当前时刻执行的车架升降期望刚度均与对应的升降期望执行刚度相等时,确定车辆的四轮车架调节完成。本发明实现了对每个车轮的调节过程进行控制的目的,使车辆姿态趋于平稳。
