The invention relates to a tubular anti-roll bar (1) for a chassis of a vehicle, made of a metal tubular body, comprising a torsion spring part (2), two limbs (3, 3 ') bent from the torsion spring part, and a bending part (4, 4') arranged between the torsion spring part (2) and the respective bent limbs (3, 3 ') and having an inner bending radius (IB) and an outer bending radius (OB), the tubular anti-roll bar (1) has a structure with grains having a grain size distribution and an average grain size, in which the ratio of the average grain size in a curved portion of an inner bending radius (IB) of the structure to the average grain size in the torsion spring portion (2) is in the range of 70% to 99% or 70% to 90%, and in which the ratio of the average grain size in the curved portion of the inner bending radius (IB) of the structure to the average grain size in the torsion spring portion (2) is in the range of 70% to 99% or 70% to 90%. Preferably in the range of 71% to 79%, particularly preferably in the range of 72% to 78%, particularly preferably in the range of 73% to 77%.
