The invention discloses a traffic control method and system for an emergency accident, and relates to the technical field of traffic management, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the road segment division of a target control region, and determining a region topology network marked with a plurality of groups of parallel road segments; aiming at the emergency accident, carrying out attribution positioning in the regional topology network, and determining a target plan library; returning accident monitoring information based on the road section monitoring device, and traversing the target pre-arranged plan library to match a target emergency plan; combining an adaptive compensation model, taking a traffic criterion as a constraint, and based on accident monitoring information, carrying out conformity evaluation and scheme calibration of a target emergency scheme and an emergency accident, and determining a compensation emergency scheme; the compensation emergency scheme is fed back to a traffic control system, traffic control based on the emergency accident is executed, and control feedback information is monitored and acquired; and performing real-time traffic control based on the control feedback information. Therefore, the technical effects of improving the control coordination and enhancing the decision-making fitness are achieved.

    本申请公开了针对应急事故的交通管制方法及系统,涉及交通管理技术领域,所述方法包括:通过对目标管制区域进行路段划分,确定标识有多组平行路段的区域拓扑网络;针对应急事故,于区域拓扑网络中进行归属定位,确定目标预案库;回传基于路段监控装置的事故监测信息,遍历目标预案库匹配目标应急方案;结合自适应补偿模型,以交通准则为约束,基于事故监测信息,进行目标应急方案与应急事故的契合性评估与方案校准,确定补偿应急方案;将补偿应急方案反馈至交通管制系统,执行基于应急事故的交通管制,并监测获取管制反馈信息;基于管制反馈信息,进行实时交通管制调控。进而达成提高管制协调性、增强决策适应度的技术效果。
