The invention relates to a charging and discharging and battery swapping optimization method of a battery swapping station, a storage medium and a terminal device, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a decision model of the net income and parameters of the battery swapping station, determining the divisor condition and objective function of each parameter based on the model, and determining an optimization problem; and the optimal solutions of the control quantities such as the discharge quantity, the charge quantity and the exchange quantity are solved and determined according to the current established parameters. Determining whether the battery swap station charges and discharges with the power grid at the current moment, and determining the specific charging and discharging amount; decisions are provided for operation of the battery swap station according to which battery of the battery swap station, whether the battery swaps with the to-be-swapped equipment or not and the specific battery swap amount, so that the net income of the battery swap station is maximized, and the energy utilization rate and the overall income of the battery swap station are improved; the battery aging cost is preferably considered, and the block chain technology and the like are introduced, so that the optimization effect and efficiency are further improved.
