The invention provides a track inspection method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the field of data processing.The method comprises the steps that when an inspection task is received, an ultrasonic probe is controlled to move, and target area point cloud data collected by the ultrasonic probe are obtained; based on the point cloud data of the target area, judging whether cracks appear in the target area; if the crack appears in the target area, acquiring an echo signal at the crack, and calculating an attenuation coefficient corresponding to the echo signal; determining crack information based on an attenuation coefficient corresponding to the echo signal, wherein the crack information comprises a crack position and a crack depth; and according to the point cloud data of the target area, establishing a track three-dimensional model corresponding to the target area, and performing crack labeling on the track three-dimensional model based on the crack information. According to the track inspection method provided by the invention, the cracks of the track three-dimensional model are marked based on the crack information, so that the crack condition can be known conveniently, workers can process the cracks conveniently, and the running safety of a train is improved.
本发明提供一种轨道巡检方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质,涉及数据处理领域,该方法包括:当接收到巡检任务时,控制超声波探头移动,并获取超声波探头采集的目标区域点云数据;基于目标区域点云数据,判断目标区域内是否出现裂纹;若目标区域内出现裂纹,则获取裂纹处的回波信号,并计算回波信号对应的衰减系数;基于回波信号对应的衰减系数确定裂纹信息,裂纹信息包括裂纹位置及裂纹深度;根据目标区域点云数据,建立目标区域对应的轨道三维模型,并基于裂纹信息对轨道三维模型进行裂纹标注。通过本发明提供的轨道巡检方法,基于裂纹信息对轨道三维模型的裂纹标注,便于了解裂纹情况,便于工作人员对裂纹进行处理,提高列车行驶的安全性。
