    本发明提供了一种耐磨防污的螺旋桨及其制备方法,属于涂层领域,螺旋桨表面具有铁基非晶合金粉末经热喷涂后形成的耐磨防污铁基非晶合金涂层,所述耐磨防污铁基非晶合金涂层中具有防污离子释放通道,防污离子释放通道是由镀覆在铁基非晶合金粉末表面的镀层金属连通形成,防污离子释放通道呈三维立体连通状。铁基非晶合金粉末表面的镀层金属的熔点低于铁基非晶合金粉末的熔点,优选的镀层金属为Cu。以包覆铜的非晶粉末为原料,利用超音速火焰喷涂在螺旋桨表面制备非晶涂层,其中含有防污离子三维传输通道,该非晶涂层具有优异的耐磨性和抗污性能。本发明方法工艺简单,能实际工业应用,对于高冲刷海洋防污防腐领域具有较好的应用前景。
