The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic coatings, and particularly relates to a silicon carbide whisker toughened ceramic coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the silicon carbide whisker toughened ceramic coating, the SiC transition layer where the SiC whiskers are inserted is arranged between the ceramic layer and the substrate, the SiC whiskers can be inserted into the surface of the substrate and the surface of the ceramic layer, and therefore the binding force between the ceramic layer and the substrate is improved, the transition layer is evenly distributed, and the service life of the ceramic coating is prolonged. The influence caused by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the substrate and the ceramic layer can be relieved, the ceramic layer and the substrate are tightly linked, and the problems that a traditional ceramic outer coating and the substrate are insufficient in bonding capacity and prone to falling off are solved. The ceramic outer protective layer with the silicon carbide-containing transition layer (silicon carbide-containing whisker) provided by the invention can have tight binding force at ultra-high temperature, is high in fracture toughness and is not easy to fall off.

    本发明属于陶瓷涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种碳化硅晶须增韧的陶瓷涂层及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的碳化硅晶须增韧的陶瓷涂层在陶瓷层和基底之间设有SiC晶须穿插的SiC过渡层,SiC晶须可以穿插至基底表面和陶瓷层表面,从而提高陶瓷层与基底之间的结合力,而且过渡层本身分布均匀,能缓解基底与陶瓷层之间热膨胀系数差异产生的影响,使陶瓷层与基底链接紧密,解决传统陶瓷外涂层与基底的结合能力不足且易脱落的问题。本发明所提供的带含碳化硅过渡层(含碳化硅晶须)的陶瓷外防护层可以在超高温下具有紧密结合力,断裂韧性高,不容易脱落。
