The sliding type balance weight mechanism comprises a cargo boom, a winch box, a connecting rod and a balance weight, the balance weight is in sliding connection with the bottom of the winch box, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the cargo boom, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the balance weight. The principle of a crank-slider mechanism is adopted, when the cargo boom is changed from the horizontal position to the operation position, the connecting rod connected to the cargo boom drives the balance weight to slide backwards relative to the rotation center of the hoisting machine, overall backward movement of the gravity center of the balance weight is achieved, and the torque of the balance weight acting on the rotation center is increased. The device is simple to operate, easy to control and suitable for hoisting machinery with relatively small counterweight weight, counterweight slippage is not only suitable for fixed counterweights, but also suitable for combined counterweights, meanwhile, the counterweights can be conveniently locked in transition and working states, and the safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种基于变幅联动的滑移式配重机构及起重机,包括起重臂、卷扬箱、连杆、配重,所述配重与卷扬箱底部滑动连接,所述连杆一端与起重臂铰接,另一端与配重铰接。本发明采用曲柄滑块机构的原理,利用起重臂由水平位置变幅起至作业位置时,通过连接于起重臂的连杆驱动配重相对于起重机械回转中心向后滑移,实现配重重心的整体后移,以增大配重作用于回转中心的力矩。本发明操作简单,易于控制,适用于配重重量相对较小的起重机械上,且配重滑移不仅适用于固定配重,还可适用于组合式配重,同时,配重在转场及工作状态下都能够方便的实现锁死,安全性高。
