The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method for hoisting a heavy object and a related device, which are used for hoisting the heavy object. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of judging whether the motor is in a no-load operation state or not based on a collected current output torque value of the motor; if yes, determining a preset anti-impact torque value smaller than a rated output torque value of the motor as a current output torque upper limit value of the motor; when the current output torque value is increased to the anti-impact torque value, the current operation frequency value of the motor is controlled to be stabilized to a preset anti-impact frequency value; and the maximum value of the rated output torque of the motor is determined as the upper limit value of the current output torque, and the current output torque value is increased to be sufficient to hoist a heavy object by taking the maximum value of the rated output torque as the upper limit value.

    本申请实施例公开了一种起吊重物的控制方法及相关装置,用于吊起重物。本申请实施例方法包括:基于采集的电机的当前输出转矩值判断所述电机是否处于空载运行状态;若是,则将预设的小于所述电机的额定输出转矩值的防冲击转矩值确定为所述电机的当前输出转矩上限值;当所述当前输出转矩值增大至所述防冲击转矩值时,控制所述电机的当前运行频率值稳定至预设的防冲击频率值;将所述电机的额定输出转矩最大值确定为当前输出转矩上限值,并以所述额定输出转矩最大值为上限,将所述当前输出转矩值增大到足以吊起重物。
