The invention discloses a heavy object hoisting control method, a driver and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: when the driver controls a motor to drive a hoisting mechanism to move upwards according to a target rotating speed, monitoring whether the motor enters a stable light-load operation state or not; if the motor enters the stable light-load operation state, controlling the driver to enter an anti-impact protection mode, and monitoring whether the motor enters a load sudden change operation state or not in the anti-impact protection mode; if the motor enters the load abrupt change operation state, controlling the driver to enter a rapid deceleration operation mode, in the rapid deceleration operation mode, controlling the rotation speed of the motor to be decelerated to a preset heavy load protection speed within a preset time, and monitoring whether the load abrupt change of the motor is completed or not; and if the sudden change of the load of the motor is completed, the driver is controlled to enter the anti-impact operation mode again. The invention aims to reduce the damage to a tower crane building structure and a steel wire rope and improve the hoisting efficiency.
