By controlling opening and closing of the high-speed shaft brake and the low-speed shaft brake, alignment and original position restoration of the cab aisle and the external aisle are achieved, the workload of debugging of the quay crane is reduced, and passing of personnel is facilitated.
本发明提供一种集装箱用牵引小车控制方法及控制系统,所述方法包括:在所述司机室走道与所述外部走道错开时,接收第一操作,控制高速轴制动器和低速轴制动器打开,所述高速轴制动器控制滚筒旋转,以使所述牵引小车在T1时刻开始保持固定位置,在T2时刻所述低速轴制动器控制所述滚筒以预设转速旋转,以使所述牵引小车向海侧移动;接收第二操作,使所述牵引小车在T3时刻开始保持固定位置,在T4时刻所述低速轴制动器控制所述滚筒以预设转速旋转,以使所述牵引小车向陆侧移动。本发明通过控制高速轴制动器和低速轴制动器的打开和闭合,实现司机室走道和外部走道的对位以及恢复原位,减少了岸桥调试的工作量,便于人员通行。
