The invention belongs to the technical field of welded pipe transfer equipment, and discloses an efficient automatic welded pipe transfer device which comprises a mounting frame, a top plate is fixedly connected to the top surface of the mounting frame, and a lifting rod is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the top plate. In the surrounding and clamping process of a plurality of sets of welded pipes, the naturally-falling elastic sleeves are located between the welded pipes in a disordered mode, the ventilation effect of an air pump is matched, gas is introduced into a communicating cavity through a communicating mechanism and a curved pipe, then after the welded pipes are surrounded and clamped, the gas entering the communicating cavity is introduced into each set of elastic sleeves, and therefore the gas entering the communicating cavity is introduced into each set of elastic sleeves; the elastic sleeves distributed between the welded pipes in a disordered mode are inflated and expanded to achieve filling of gaps between the adjacent welded pipes, so that multi-point local expansion pressing is achieved between the welded pipes, high-stability clamping of the clamped welded pipes is finally completed through inflation and expansion of the elastic sleeves distributed in a disordered mode, stability in the transferring process is guaranteed, and the transferring efficiency is improved. And shaking, deviation and falling are effectively avoided, and the using effect is good.

    本发明属于焊管转移设备技术领域,且公开了一种高效自动化焊管转移装置,包括安装架,所述安装架的顶面固定连接有顶板,所述顶板的底面固定安装有升降杆。本发明通过在进行多组焊管的环抱夹持过程中,使得自然垂落的弹性套混乱位于焊管之间,配合气泵的通气效果,利用连通机构和曲管将气体通入到连通腔中,进而在环抱夹持焊管后,使得进入连通腔中的气体通入到每组弹性套中,利用混乱分布在焊管之间的弹性套充气膨胀,实现相邻焊管间隙的填充,从而从焊管之间实现多点局部膨胀压紧,通过利用凌乱分布的弹性套充气膨胀,最终完成环抱夹持的焊管的高稳定性夹持,保证转移过程中的稳定,有效避免晃动偏移和脱落,使用效果好。
