The invention relates to the technical field of lattice girder hoisting, in particular to a lattice girder hoisting device and a grabbing tool thereof, and a lattice girder gripper comprises a lifting hook, a gripper body, a telescopic driver, a hinge rod and a lattice girder tool; a first lifting hook is arranged on the lifting hook; the gripper is hinged with the lifting hook through a hinge rod; a second lifting hook is arranged on the gripper; one end of the telescopic driver is connected with the lifting hook, and the other end is connected with the gripper; the telescopic driver can drive the second lifting hook to rotate around the axis of the hinge rod, so that the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook get away from or close to each other; the lattice beam tool can be clamped when the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook get close to each other. After the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook are closed, hook grooves of the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook are overlapped to form a containing cavity, the hinge rod is clamped in the containing cavity, and automatic grabbing of the lattice beam is achieved. And when the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook are away from each other, the containing cavity is opened, the hinge rod can be separated from the containing cavity, and automatic unloading of the lattice beams by the lattice beam hoisting device is achieved.

    本发明涉及格构梁吊装技术领域,具体涉及一种格构梁吊装装置及其抓取工装,格构梁抓手包括吊钩、抓手、伸缩驱动器、铰接杆和格构梁工装;吊钩上设置有第一吊钩;抓手与吊钩通过铰接杆铰接;抓手上设置有第二吊钩;伸缩驱动器的一端与吊钩连接,另一端与抓手连接;伸缩驱动器能够驱动第二吊钩绕铰接杆的轴线转动,以使第一吊钩和第二吊钩相互远离或靠近;第一吊钩和第二吊钩相互靠近时能够夹持格构梁工装。第一吊钩和第二吊钩在靠近闭合后,两者的钩槽叠加形成容纳腔,铰接杆被卡合于容纳腔内,实现对格构梁的自动抓取。当第一吊钩和第二吊钩相互远离时,容纳腔打开,铰接杆能够脱出容纳腔,实现格构梁吊装装置对格构梁的自动卸料。
