The invention relates to an agile imaging satellite multi-target observation planning method and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building a ground target set clustering index based on a satellite orbit and imaging sensor view field parameters; s2, ground targets are clustered, and targets with relatively close positions are combined; s3, calculating an attitude swing angle of the satellite to a ground target clustering center point, and optimally calculating a target observation path by using an attitude maneuver angle; and S4, generating a time sequence of satellite attitude maneuver and load imaging instruction execution. According to the invention, through a clustering algorithm based on unsupervised learning and an ACS intelligent optimization algorithm, optimization calculation is carried out on a multi-target observation path of an agile imaging satellite, a satellite attitude maneuver and load imaging instruction time sequence is generated, and planning of observation imaging of multiple fixed targets is realized. The time for observing a plurality of fixed targets on the ground by the agile imaging satellite can be effectively shortened.

    本发明涉及一种敏捷成像卫星多目标观测规划方法、设备及存储介质,敏捷成像卫星多目标观测规划方法包括:步骤S1、基于卫星轨道和成像敏感器视场参数,构建地面目标集合聚类指标;步骤S2、对地面目标进行聚类,合并位置比较接近的目标;步骤S3、计算卫星对地面目标聚类中心点姿态摆动角,利用姿态机动角优化计算目标观测路径;步骤S4、生成卫星姿态机动和载荷成像指令执行的时间序列。本发明,通过基于无监督学习的聚类算法、ACS智能优化算法,对敏捷成像卫星多目标观测路径进行优化计算,生成卫星姿态机动和载荷成像指令时间序列,实现多个固定目标观测成像的规划,可有效降低敏捷成像卫星对地面多个固定目标观测的时间。
