The invention provides a natural icing comprehensive flight test method, and the method comprises the steps: 1, carrying out the normal function verification of an anti-icing system under a continuous maximum icing condition, and enabling the continuous maximum icing condition to be a layered icing cloud condition; the anti-icing system comprises a wing anti-icing system, a nacelle anti-icing system, a windshield heating system and an icing detection system; 2, anti-icing system failure configuration verification is carried out under the continuous maximum icing condition, and anti-icing system failure comprises single-side wing anti-icing air entraining failure and two-side windshield heating failure; and step 3, flight quality and anti-icing system verification under the continuous maximum icing condition is carried out, wherein the flight quality is aircraft stability and maneuverability of the aircraft.
