The system comprises a reflective mark group arranged at the position of a sleeper and a steel rail of a steel rail telescopic adjuster; the uplink image recognition device is arranged on one side of the double-track and used for monitoring the vertical displacement and temperature of the uplink steel rail telescopic regulator based on a reflective mark; the downlink image recognition device is arranged on the other side of the double-track and monitors the vertical displacement and the temperature of a downlink steel rail telescopic regulator based on a reflective mark; the uplink dome camera is positioned on the same side of the uplink image recognition device; the downlink dome camera is located on the same side of the downlink image recognition device. The upper line image recognition device and the upper line ball machine form one group, the lower line image recognition device and the lower line ball machine form the other group, all-directional displacement recognition is carried out on the two sides of the double-line track through the two sets of collection equipment, dynamic recognition of vertical displacement of the steel rail telescopic adjuster is achieved, and fitting of the track line shape is carried out in time.

    本发明涉及轨道监测技术领域,公开了一种钢轨伸缩调节器垂向动态位移识别系统。该系统包括:反光标识组,设置于轨枕和钢轨伸缩调节器钢轨处;上行线图像识别装置,设置于双线轨道的一侧,基于反光标识监测上行钢轨伸缩调节器垂向位移和温度;下行线图像识别装置,设置于双线轨道的另一侧,基于反光标识监测下行钢轨伸缩调节器垂向位移和温度;上行线球机位于上行线图像识别装置同一侧;下行线球机位于下行线图像识别装置同一侧。本发明上行线图像识别装置和上行线球机为一组,下行线图像识别装置和下行线球机为另一组,通过两组采集设备对双线轨道的两侧进行全方位位移识别,实现对钢轨伸缩调节器垂向位移的动态识别,及时进行轨道线形的拟合。
