The invention relates to the technical field of mine engineering, in particular to an inclined shaft mine car sliding emergency stop system and a using method.The inclined shaft mine car sliding emergency stop system comprises a transportation mine car, the transportation mine car comprises a car frame, a box body and rail wheels, the box body is fixedly connected to the car frame, two sets of vertical device plates are fixedly connected to the car frame, and each set comprises two vertical device plates; fixed shafts are fixedly connected to the two sets of vertical device plates, and two first fixed connecting pieces are fixedly connected to the vehicle frame. The speed sensors are fixedly mounted on the rail wheels, when the transportation mine car runs at an overspeed, signals are transmitted between the speed sensors and the control processor, instructions are given to the hydraulic expansion rods, the rail wheels are propped through the limiting assemblies and the extrusion assemblies, and under the action of the sliding assemblies, the rail wheels and the side walls of the transportation rails are in tight friction; and meanwhile, an overspeed signal of the transportation mine car is transmitted to a hoisting device winch equipment main body of the mine car, so that the winch equipment main body is stopped.

    本发明涉及矿山工程技术领域,具体为一种斜井矿车溜车急停系统及使用方法,包括运输矿车,运输矿车包括车架、箱体以及轨道轮,箱体固定连接在车架上,车架上固定连接有两组竖向装置板,每组竖向装置板为两个,两组竖向装置板上均固定连接有固定轴,车架上固定连接有两个固定连接件一。本发明通过在轨道轮上固定安装速度传感器,当运输矿车超速行驶时,速度传感器与控制处理器之间信号传递并向液压胀杆下达指令,通过限位组件以及挤压组件抵住轨道轮,并在滑动组件的作用下,使轨道车轮与运输轨道侧壁紧密摩擦,使运输矿车车速速受到限制,同时运输矿车超速信号传至矿车的提升装置卷扬机设备主体,使得卷扬机设备主体停机。
