The invention discloses a special vehicle general electrical architecture based on a gateway module, which adopts an Ethernet architecture and is provided with a function controller, and the function controller comprises a reconnaissance system controller, an unmanned system controller and a task cabin controller; the vehicle control unit is in communication connection with the bottom layer controller through a gateway module in the Ethernet architecture; and a central gateway in the Ethernet architecture is respectively in communication connection with a reconnaissance system controller, an unmanned system controller and a task cabin controller. By adopting the technical scheme, the problems of narrow bandwidth and low communication rate of the electrical architecture in the prior art are solved; the requirement of a software definition function is locally met; the redundancy of internal computing power is reduced, the number expansion of ECUs is avoided, and the total demand of computing power of a chassis controller is reduced; centralized architecture data interaction of the whole vehicle can be realized, and cooperative control of the whole vehicle is realized; a basic network condition is provided for the development of the vehicle technology in the future; cables of the whole set of electrical architecture are reduced, and the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于网关模块的特种车辆通用电气架构,采用以太网架构,其中设置功能控制器,其包括侦察系统控制器、无人系统控制器、任务舱控制器;整车控制器通过以太网架构中的网关模块与底层控制器通讯连接;还通过以太网架构中的中央网关分别与侦察系统控制器、无人系统控制器、任务舱控制器通讯连接。采用上述技术方案,解决现有技术中电气架构带宽窄、通讯速率低的问题;局部实现软件定义功能的需求;减少内部算力的冗余,避免ECU数量膨胀,减少底盘控制器算力总需求;能实现整车集中式架构数据交互,实现整车协同控制;为今后的车辆技术发展提供了基础的网络条件;整套电气架构的线缆减少,减轻了整车重量。
