The invention provides a supporting structure and an intelligent operation and maintenance service vehicle. The supporting structure is used for being arranged in a carriage of the vehicle and comprises a placing plate, a supporting plate and a supporting plate, the stand column slidably penetrates through the placing plate in the thickness direction of the placing plate and comprises a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole which are spaced in the length direction of the stand column, the first insertion hole is located above the second insertion hole, the insertion rod slidably penetrates through a fixing base fixed to the placing plate, and when the placing plate is located at the first position in the compartment, the insertion rod is inserted into the first insertion hole. The inserting rods are inserted into the second inserting holes, and the bottom ends of the stand columns are inserted into positioning blocks fixed to a compartment bottom plate. And when the placing plate is located at a second position at which the placing plate is at least partially pulled out of the carriage, the inserting rod is inserted into the first inserting hole, and the bottom end of the stand column is supported on a supporting surface outside the vehicle. By means of the supporting structure, the containing plate can be conveniently pulled out of the carriage, and the containing plate can be stably supported.
