The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, and discloses a charging pile intelligent operation and maintenance terminal supporting in-situ fault analysis. The charging pile intelligent operation and maintenance terminal comprises an intelligent operation and maintenance terminal installed in a charging pile cabinet and used for detecting charging pile faults; the intelligent operation and maintenance terminal comprises a 32-bit ARM controller, a CAN module, a serial port module, a LoRa communication module, an indicating lamp module, a core function module, a fault pre-judgment unit, a remote reset unit and a data acquisition unit. The 32-bit ARM controller is connected with the CAN module, the serial port module, the LoRa communication module, the indicator light module, the core function module, the fault pre-judgment unit, the remote reset unit and the data acquisition unit through wires. The charging pile intelligent operation and maintenance terminal supporting in-situ fault analysis can solve the problems that at present, a TCU control panel of the charging pile can only be reset by controlling a DC12V power supply, an RS485 serial port communication mode is adopted for communication with an upper computer, reset is manually operated by operation and maintenance personnel, and reset is controlled by issuing a command.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,且公开了一种支持就地故障分析的充电桩智能运维终端,包括安装于充电桩柜内,用于检测充电桩故障的智能运维终端,智能运维终端包括32位ARM控制器、CAN模块、串口模块、LoRa通信模块、指示灯模块、核心功能模块、故障预判单元、远程复位单元和数据采集单元,32位ARM控制器分别通过导线与CAN模块、串口模块、LoRa通信模块、指示灯模块、核心功能模块、故障预判单元、远程复位单元和数据采集单元相连接。该支持就地故障分析的充电桩智能运维终端,能够解决目前只能通过控制DC12V的供电复位充电桩的TCU控制板,而且与上位机通信采用RS485串口通信方式,复位由运维人员手工操作,下发命令控制复位的问题。
