The invention provides an engineering machinery power supply system which comprises a vehicle-mounted power supply, a mobile power supply and a motor set connected with a motor controller and a transmission case, and the motor set at least comprises a first motor, a second motor and a third motor which are connected in parallel. The power supply management unit is connected with the vehicle-mounted power supply and the mobile power supply to control electric energy distribution between the vehicle-mounted power supply and the mobile power supply; the electric energy distribution of the engineering machinery under different working conditions is realized by controlling the on-off of the vehicle-mounted power switch and the mobile power switch. The power supply system adopts a combination mode of the mobile power supply and the vehicle-mounted power supply, not only can provide electric energy in the working process, but also can supplement power to the vehicle-mounted power supply in real time, solves the problem of limitation of the working range of the existing power supply mode, and meets the requirement of long-time uninterrupted working of high-power electric engineering machinery. By adopting the scheme of multi-motor intelligent control driving, the working output of the motors can be intelligently adjusted according to the power required by different working modes, and the efficient power output of the whole system is realized.

    本发明提供一种工程机械供电系统,包括:车载电源和移动电源,连接电机控制器和传动箱的电机组,电机组至少包括并联连接的第一电机、第二电机和第三电机;电源管理单元分别与车载电源及移动电源连接以控制车载电源与移动电源之间的电能分配;通过控制车载电源开关及移动电源开关的启闭实现工程机械不同工况下的电能分配。本供电系统采用移动电源和车载电源的组合方式,既能在工作过程中提供电能,也能实时给车载电源补电,解决了现有供电方式的工作范围局限性问题,满足了大功率电动工程机械长时间不间断工作的需求。采用多电机智能控制驱动的方案,可根据不同工作模式所需求的功率,智能化调节电机工作输出,实现系统整体的高效功率输出。
