The invention discloses a suspension control method based on pavement unevenness recognition. The suspension control method comprises the steps that 1, a vision-based target detection model is used for recognizing a pavement area of a discrete impact type, and meanwhile rough recognition and classification are conducted on a pavement area of a continuous random type; 2, using an artificial intelligence algorithm detection model based on dynamic sensor data to carry out fine identification classification on continuous random types of road surface areas on the basis of coarse identification classification; and 3, respectively selecting a ceiling and ground shed mixed control strategy and a simulation passive control strategy for the suspension control algorithms of the continuous random type and the discrete impact type of the road surface areas. According to the method, coupling of high-precision road surface unevenness identification and suspension control adapting to requirements of smoothness and handling stability of various road surface working conditions can be realized, so that the smoothness and the handling stability of a vehicle on various road surface working conditions can be improved; and the sensor system structure of the electric control suspension system is greatly simplified, the reliability is improved, and the application cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于路面不平度识别的悬架控制方法,包括:1.利用基于视觉的目标检测模型对离散冲击类别的路面区域进行识别同时对连续随机类型的路面区域进行粗识别分类;2.使用基于动态传感器数据的人工智能算法检测模型在粗识别分类基础对连续随机类别的路面区域进行精识别分类;3.对连续随机类别和离散冲击类别的路面区域悬架控制算法分别选用天棚地棚混合控制策略和模拟被动控制策略。本发明能实现高精度的路面不平度识别与适应各种路面工况平顺性和操纵稳定性需求的悬架控制的耦合,从而能在提高车辆在各种路面工况上的平顺性和操纵稳定性,并大幅度简化电控悬架系统的传感器系统结构、提升了可靠性、降低了应用成本。
