The towing hook is connected with the driving mechanism through the driving disc so that the towing hook can rotate between the containing position and the working position under the action of the driving mechanism, the towing hook is parallel to the beam structure when the towing hook is located at the containing position, and the towing hook is perpendicular to the beam structure when the towing hook is located at the working position. A first staggered-axis bevel gear of the driving mechanism is installed on a motor shaft of a motor and meshed with a second staggered-axis bevel gear to form primary transmission, a parallel-axis bevel gear is coaxial with the second staggered-axis bevel gear and meshed with a driving disc to form secondary transmission, and therefore the driving disc is driven through the motor.
