The invention discloses a heterogeneous LWRT fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof.The overall structure of the composite material sequentially comprises an auxiliary material layer, a thermoplastic adhesive film layer, an LWRT core layer, a thermoplastic adhesive film layer and an auxiliary material layer from top to bottom, and the LWRT core layer comprises a high-density area with the density being 0.5-0.9 g/cm < 3 > and a low-density area with the density being 0.1-0.5 g/cm < 3 >; the lapping breadth and route of the core material can be differentially adjusted according to requirements, the effective breadth of the felt material fiber net of the core material can be dynamically adjusted, the specific mode is achieved through position change of a lapping trolley of a lapping machine, the bulk density range of the heterogeneous composite board material is 0.1-0.9 g/cm < 3 >, and the density of the composite board material is 0.5-0.8 g/cm < 3 >. The porous sound-absorbing plate has the main advantages of being light in weight, high in strength and convenient to form compared with a traditional injection molding material for vehicles, a large number of three-dimensional cavities exist in the fiber composite plate core layer, and the cavities are communicated with one another and connected with the outside, so that the porous sound-absorbing plate has the functions of heat preservation, mildew prevention and moisture prevention while having high sound absorption and high air permeability.

    本发明公开了一种非均质LWRT的纤维复合材料及其制备方法,复合材料整体结构依次从上到下为:辅料层、热塑性胶膜层、LWRT芯层、热塑性胶膜层和辅料层,LWRT芯层包括密度为0.5‑0.9g/cm3的高密区和密度为0.1‑0.5g/cm3的低密区,本发明的芯材可根据需求将铺网幅宽和路线进行差异化性调整,本发明芯材毡材纤维网的有效门幅可进行动态调整,具体方式是通过铺网机的铺网小车的位置变动来实现的,非均质复合板材料,体密度范围为0.1‑0.9g/cm3,比传统车用注塑材料轻约2‑3kg,质轻、高强且成型便捷是其主要优点,纤维复合板材芯层存在大量三维立体空腔,腔体间相互连通,并且与外界相连,这使得多孔吸音板材在拥有高吸音、高透气率的同时,还具备保温、防霉、防潮的功能。
