The preparation technology comprises the following steps that a head tube end face hole in the end of a head tube hole in a frame of the carbon fiber electric bicycle, a seat tube hole and a rotating shaft end face hole in the end of a rotating shaft hole close to a motor seat and used for being connected with a damping device are determined to be directly formed through a supporting module; determining a mandrel structure of the carbon fiber electric bicycle frame, wherein the mandrel structure is connected with a hollow part corresponding to the seat tube hole; carbon fiber gauze is attached to the mandrel structure and the hollow part to form a preform of the needed structure; the supporting modules comprise a first supporting module, a second supporting module and a third supporting module; and the preform, the first supporting module, the second supporting module and the third supporting module are placed in a forming mold to be formed, and a rough blank structure is formed. The head tube end face hole in the end of the head tube hole, the seat tube hole and the rotating shaft end face hole in the end of the rotating shaft hole are directly formed through the supporting module, so that the machining time and the machining cost can be effectively saved.
本发明公开一种碳纤维电动自行车的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:确定将碳纤维电动自行车车架上的头管孔端部的头管端面孔、座管孔、靠近马达座且用于连接减震装置的转轴孔端部的转轴端面孔采用支撑模件直接成型;确定碳纤维电动自行车车架的芯轴结构,芯轴结构上对应座管孔连接有中空件;在芯轴结构以及中空件上贴附碳纤维纱布以形成所需结构的预型体;支撑模件包括第一支撑模件、第二支撑模件以及第三支撑模件;将预型体、第一支撑模件、第二支撑模件以及第三支撑模件置于成型模具中成型并形成粗胚结构。本发明通过将头管孔端部的头管端面孔、座管孔、转轴孔端部的转轴端面孔采用支撑模件直接成型,可以有效节约加工时间并节省加工成本。
