Comprising the following steps: step 1, monitoring a first real-time temperature of a main control board by using a first temperature sensor; step 2, judging whether the current first real-time temperature exceeds a safety range or not through a preset temperature threshold value, if the first real-time temperature of the main control board is monitored to exceed the temperature threshold value, monitoring a second real-time temperature of the atmosphere outside the main control board through a second temperature sensor, and entering step 3; if it is monitored that the first real-time temperature of the main control board does not exceed the temperature threshold value, the step 1 is executed again; 3, calculating a temperature difference value between the first real-time temperature of the main control board and a second real-time temperature of the atmosphere outside the main control board; 4, based on the temperature difference value, the rotating speed of the cooling fan is obtained through edge side calculation, and a control command is sent to the cooling fan, so that the cooling fan conducts heat dissipation on the unmanned aerial vehicle main control board.
