The invention belongs to the field of maritime informatization, and relates to a maritime all-weather communication support guarantee platform which is characterized in that a command center and a plurality of relay nodes form a wireless communication transmission system covering the sea surface; the relay node is composed of an air supporting assembly composed of a plurality of sets of fans and a closed submersible chamber capable of floating on the water surface or sinking into water. According to the relay cabin of the offshore communication platform, a photovoltaic cell panel and a storage battery pack are adopted as energy, unattended operation is achieved, the operation state is autonomously controlled, and the relay cabin can float on the sea surface or dive into water for a long time. The relay cabin and the aerial support assembly have the capability of resisting typhoon and can work on the sea for a long time, and the carried long-distance directional antenna constructs a wireless signal coverage network on the sea.
