According to the design method for the control law of the front wheel turning system of the aircraft, a maximum control limit deflection angle curve is obtained through a limit deflection angle curve in stress analysis in the turning process of the aircraft. And through multi-order fitting of the maximum control limit deflection angle curve, a control law curve is obtained. The control law curve is a high-order operation formula, a special function library does not need to be called, the calculation efficiency is improved, and the method can be applied to engineering practice. According to the front wheel turning system control law provided by the invention, a sufficient turning angle can be reserved for a pilot in a safe range; through correlation analysis of front wheel turning control and combination of aircraft design parameters, the safe angle range of turning of the aircraft at different speeds is given, and the process has the advantages of being efficient and high in engineering performance.

    一种飞机前轮转弯系统控制律的设计方法,在计算飞机转弯过程的受力分析中,通过极限偏角曲线得到最大操纵极限偏角曲线。通过对该最大操纵极限偏角曲线的多阶拟合,进而得到控制律曲线。控制律曲线为高阶运算式,无需调用特殊函数库,提高了计算效率,可应用于工程实践中。本发明提出的前轮转弯系统控制律,能够在安全范围内给飞行员留下充分转弯角度;通过对前轮转弯控制的相关分析并结合飞机设计参数,给出了飞机在不同速度下转弯的安全角度范围,其过程具有高效、工程性强的特点。
