The invention discloses a multi-source traffic data fusion method based on a PSO-BP fusion algorithm, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the traffic data of a selected intersection based on electronic police equipment, obtaining the traffic data of an upstream intersection of the selected intersection based on checkpoint equipment, carrying out the preprocessing of the obtained data of the electronic police and the checkpoint equipment, and obtaining the traffic data of an upstream intersection of the selected intersection. Performing parameter extraction on the preprocessed data of the electronic police and the checkpoint equipment to obtain three parameters of delay, vehicle speed and queuing length, obtaining three parameters of delay, vehicle speed and queuing length of a road section between two selected intersections based on an online car-hailing information management center, training a PSO-BP neural network based on a PSO-BP neural network algorithm model, and obtaining the data of the electronic police and the checkpoint equipment; and finally, inputting the preprocessed delay, vehicle speed and queuing length parameters into the trained neural network model to obtain the fusion data. Compared with a traditional algorithm, the method has the advantages of being high in data fusion quality and fusion efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种基于PSO‑BP融合算法的多源交通数据融合方法,包括以下步骤:基于电子警察设备获取选定交叉口的交通数据,基于卡口设备获取选定交叉口上游交叉口的交通数据,对获取的电子警察与卡口设备的数据进行预处理,对预处理后的电子警察与卡口设备的数据进行参数提取得到延误、车速与排队长度三个参数,基于网约车信息管理中心获取选定两交叉口间路段的延误、车速与排队长度三个参数,基于PSO‑BP神经网络算法模型,训练PSO‑BP神经网络,最后将预处理后的延误、车速与排队长度参数输入训练后的神经网络模型中,得到所述的融合数据;本发明相比于传统算法的优点是数据融合质量较高,融合效率较高。
