The test device provided by the invention can change the elastic frequency of the wing, can change the pitching inertia so as to change the rigid frequency, can also change the aerodynamic focus of the whole model, and finally verifies the influence of the control law on rigid-elastic coupling by adding the stability augmentation control law.
