The invention discloses an emergency descending hydraulic control system, a control method and an aerial work platform, which are used for solving the emergency safety guarantee problem of the aerial work platform. The hydraulic control system comprises an emergency descending valve, a main valve, a gravity descending valve, an execution element assembly, a power source and an auxiliary device. The power source is composed of a main power source and an emergency unit, an oil outlet of the main power source is connected with an oil inlet of the main valve, and an oil outlet of the emergency unit is connected with an oil inlet of the emergency descending valve; an oil outlet of the emergency descending valve is connected with an oil inlet of the main valve, an oil discharge port of the emergency descending valve is connected with an oil suction port of the gravity descending valve, and a second oil outlet of the main valve is connected with an oil inlet of the gravity descending valve. And under the conditions that the valve core is blocked, a power source is damaged or the electric quantity of the whole vehicle is exhausted, personnel can safely descend to the ground from the air.

    本发明公开了一种应急下降液压控制系统、控制方法及高空作业平台,用于完善高空作业平台的应急安全保障问题。该液压控制系统包括应急下降阀、主阀、重力下降阀、执行元件总成、动力源、辅助装置;所述动力源由主动力源和应急单元组成,且所述主动力源的出油口与所述主阀的进油口相接,所述应急单元的出油口与应急下降阀的进油口相接;所述应急下降阀的出油口与所述主阀的进油口相接,所述应急下降阀的排油口与所述重力下降阀的吸油口相接,所述主阀的第二出油口与所述重力下降阀的进油口相接。能够在阀芯出现卡阀、动力源损坏或者整车电量耗尽的情况下,也能保证人员从空中安全下降到地面。
