The invention discloses an accurate hoisting system for dynamically controlling an assembly type component, and solves the problems of low hoisting and mounting accuracy and high hoisting and mounting cost of heavy prefabricated components at present. The system comprises a visual feedback and dynamic adjustment system, marks are installed on hoisting equipment or components, instant visual prompts are provided, the real-time positions and posture states of the components are reflected, and the real-time postures of the components are controlled through the hoisting equipment; the multi-point hoisting and damping stabilization system adopts a multi-point hoisting method, and damping stabilization is integrated in the hoisting system; and the temporary anchoring system is used for providing additional fixed support when the component is hoisted near the preset position.
