The invention discloses a variable-magnification pulley device which comprises a variable-amplitude trolley, a pin shaft, a variable-magnification pulley block and a lifting hook group, the variable-amplitude trolley can move along the track, a shaft hole is reserved in the variable-amplitude trolley, the variable-magnification pulley block is a detachable part, the variable-magnification pulley block is connected with the variable-amplitude trolley through a pin shaft under the 4-magnification working condition, and the variable-magnification pulley block is connected with the lifting hook group under the 2-magnification working condition; and the variable-amplitude trolley is connected with the variable-magnification pulley block and the lifting hook group through the lifting steel wire rope.
