The spring self-locking mechanism comprises a locking supporting seat and an elastic locking assembly, the locking supporting seat is arranged on the walking mechanism and provided with an insertion hole, the insertion hole is suitable for being matched with the lifting lug in an inserted mode, the elastic locking assembly is arranged on the locking supporting seat, and the elastic locking assembly is matched with the lifting lug in an inserted mode. The elastic clamping piece is suitable for being in elastic clamping fit with the lifting lug in the insertion hole; the positioning mechanism is arranged on the walking mechanism and suitable for being matched with the lower side threaded hole in an inserted mode. The gear box lifting lug can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to paint collision at the position of the gear box lifting lug. In addition, the positioning mechanism is matched with the elastic locking assembly, the lifting lug can be prevented from being separated from the elastic locking assembly, the protection effect is achieved, the elastic pressing mode of the elastic locking assembly is further beneficial to adapting to different gear box lifting lugs, and better universality is achieved.

    本发明涉及齿轮箱运输技术领域,提供一种齿轮箱吊运装置,包括行走机构、弹簧自锁机构和定位机构;弹簧自锁机构包括锁紧支撑座和弹性锁紧组件,所述锁紧支撑座设置于所述行走机构,所述锁紧支撑座设置有插孔,所述插孔适于与所述吊耳插接配合,所述弹性锁紧组件设置于所述锁紧支撑座,适于在所述插孔内与所述吊耳弹性夹紧配合;定位机构设置于所述行走机构,适于与所述下侧螺纹孔插接配合。本发明能够有效避免齿轮箱吊耳处油漆磕碰,对吊耳造成损坏。另外,利用定位机构与弹性锁紧组件配合,能够避免吊耳与弹性锁紧组件脱离,达到保护作用,弹性锁紧组件的弹性压紧形式还利于适应不同的齿轮箱吊耳,具有更好的通用性。
