The invention discloses a segmented seabed flexible hose wet storage and recovery method, belongs to the field of ocean engineering hose wet storage and recovery, and aims at achieving the purpose of seabed hose wet storage and recovery by connecting a hoisting tool and welding a blocking blind plate to a hose connector to meet the conditions of sealing and lowering the hose. The sheet is made of the same steel as the hose connector opening, the hose sealing effect is achieved, and connector base metal is not damaged; then the hoisting tool is connected to a hose connector clamping groove, the tool is fastened through four bolts, and the tool is connected with rigging such as a shackle and a hoisting belt; and finally, a crane is connected with the hoisting tool and put down to a seabed for wet storage, and the hose is recycled in time for continuous operation. The operation working conditions of wet storage and recovery are met, the hose can be effectively sealed, and seawater is prevented from entering.

    本发明公开了一种分段海底柔性软管湿存及回收方法,属于海洋工程软管湿存及回收领域,过连接吊装工装以及焊接封堵盲板至软管接头,满足密封和下放软管的条件,从而实现海底软管湿存及回收的目的,首先将薄片焊接至软管接头处,薄片采用软管接头口同等钢材,达到密封软管效果,而且不伤害接头母材;然后将吊装工装连接至软管接头卡槽,使用四颗螺栓紧固工装,工装连接卸扣和吊带等索具;最后利用吊机连接吊装工装下放至海床湿存,择期回收软管继续作业。本发明不仅满足湿存及回收的作业工况,而且能有效密封软管,防止海水进入。
