Comprising a transmission part, a stepless adjusting screw rod and a support lug, the stepless adjusting screw rod is provided with a first cylindrical part, a clamping part and a second cylindrical part, the clamping part extends from the left end of the first cylindrical part to the right end of the second cylindrical part, the first cylindrical part is provided with a first external thread, the second cylindrical part is provided with a second external thread, and the rotating direction of the first external thread is opposite to that of the second external thread; a first blind hole is formed in one end of the support lug, and a first internal thread is arranged in the first blind hole; a second blind hole is formed in one end of the transmission piece. The problems that the length of an output shaft of a steering engine cannot be freely adjusted, the orientation function is limited, and high parallelism of supporting lugs at the two ends of the steering engine cannot be guaranteed while the length of the output shaft is adjustable are solved.

    本发明属于一种无极调节结构,具体而言,涉及一种无极调节结构及无人机直线舵机装置。包括:传动件、无级调节螺杆、支耳;无级调节螺杆具有第一圆柱部、夹持部及第二圆柱部,夹持部自第一圆柱部的左端延伸至第二圆柱部的右端,第一圆柱部设置有第一外螺纹,第二圆柱部设置有第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹的旋转方向与第二外螺纹的旋转方向相反;支耳的一端开设有第一盲孔,第一盲孔内设有第一内螺纹;传动件的一端设有第二盲孔。解决舵机不能自由调节输出轴长度,定向功能方面的局限性,以及无法实现在输出轴长度可调节的同时保证舵机两端支耳较高平行度问题。
