A thermal vacuum degassing test device disclosed by the present invention comprises a vacuum container, a vacuum pumping assembly and a heating assembly, the vacuum pumping assembly comprises a cold trap and a pump set, the cold trap comprises a four-way cavity, a liquid nitrogen adsorption tank and a lifting driving mechanism, the four-way cavity comprises a transverse cavity and a longitudinal cavity, the transverse cavity and the longitudinal cavity are provided with cross conduction parts, and the cross conduction parts are connected with the pump set. The two ends of the transverse cavity are the inlet end and the outlet end respectively and used for being connected with an extraction opening and a pump set of a vacuum container respectively, the upper end of the longitudinal cavity is higher than the top of the transverse cavity, the lower end of the longitudinal cavity is lower than the bottom of the transverse cavity, and the liquid nitrogen adsorption tank is arranged in the longitudinal cavity and wrapped by a shielding heat preservation layer. The shielding heat preservation layer is provided with a plurality of through holes in the side direction of the liquid nitrogen adsorption tank, a sewage discharging hole is formed below the shielding heat preservation layer, and the lifting driving mechanism is used for driving the liquid nitrogen adsorption tank and the shielding heat preservation layer to ascend and descend so that the liquid nitrogen adsorption tank can be located on the cross conduction part or lifted from the cross conduction part. The vacuum degree is effectively improved, and the air exhaust efficiency is guaranteed.
