Comprising an actuating cylinder, a metal beam, a lever loading system and a loading adhesive tape, the actuating cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the metal beam and used for applying active loads, the loading adhesive tape is pasted to the inner wall of a buoy body, one end of the lever loading system is connected to an inner wall plate of the buoy through the loading adhesive tape, and the other end of the lever loading system is connected to the metal beam. The lever loading system is used for simulating distribution of the water load on the surface of the buoy body, the loading method can accurately reflect the real water load of the buoy in an immersed state, and a loading block does not need to be pasted to influence the local rigidity of the buoy skin. The characteristics of stress, displacement and the like of the buoy structure under the immersion working condition can be obtained, the water load characteristics of the buoy can be evaluated, and then the accuracy of strength design of the amphibious aircraft is improved.
本发明属于飞机结构强度试验技术,涉及一种水陆两栖飞机浮筒浸没工况强度试验加载装置及方法。包括作动筒、金属梁、杠杆加载系统、加载胶布带;所述作动筒布置在所述金属梁的两侧,作动筒用于施加主动载荷,所述加载胶布带粘贴在浮筒筒体内壁,所述杠杆加载系统一端通过加载胶布带连接到浮筒内部壁板上,另一端连接到金属梁上,杠杆加载系统用于模拟浮筒筒体表面水载荷的分配,该加载方法能够准确反映浮筒浸没状态下的真实水载荷,而且不用粘贴加载块影响浮筒蒙皮局部刚度。有助于获取浸没工况下浮筒结构的应力、位移等特性,有助于评估浮筒的水载荷特性,进而提高水陆两栖飞机强度设计的准确性。
