The first connecting assembly is connected with the second end of the force sensing rocker arm and is driven by the force sensing rocker arm to move horizontally in the telescopic direction of the elastic piece, the telescopic direction of the elastic piece is perpendicular to the rotation axis, and the balancing mechanism is connected with the second connecting assembly. The output rocker arm and the balancing mechanism can selectively drive the first connecting assembly or the second connecting assembly to horizontally move in the telescopic direction, so that the elastic piece deforms to provide damping force the same as the telescopic direction Z.
