The invention discloses a water surface unmanned cleaning ship and a cleaning method thereof. The water surface unmanned cleaning ship comprises a ship body, and the head of the ship body is provided with a garbage collection opening, a water surface recognition unit and a mechanical arm assembly; a centrifugal water pump for sucking garbage on the water surface into the garbage collection port and a sealed cabin thereof are arranged in the middle of the ship body; a conveyor belt is arranged above the centrifugal water pump sealed cabin, a draining device is arranged behind the conveyor belt, and garbage collecting bins are arranged on the two sides of the ship body; the conveying belt and the mechanical arm assembly are used for collecting garbage. In addition, an artificial intelligence technology is combined, a multi-sensor fusion algorithm based on deep learning is adopted, visual images and laser radar point cloud information transmitted by the water surface recognition unit are fused, garbage in the whole water area range is automatically detected, garbage accurate pose information is obtained, and a path from the cleaning ship to the cleaning area is planned. And meanwhile, a classification algorithm is adopted for classifying the cleaning areas, different collecting devices are reasonably used for collecting garbage, manual remote operation is not needed in the whole process, and the cleaning efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种水面无人清洁船及其清洁方法,该水面无人清洁船包括船体,所述船体头部设有垃圾收集口、水面识别单元和机械臂组件;船体中部设有用于将水面垃圾吸入垃圾收集口的离心水泵及其密封舱;离心水泵密封舱上方设有传送带,传送带后方设有沥水装置,船体两侧设有垃圾收集仓;所述传送带和机械臂组件用于收集垃圾。本发明还结合了人工智能技术,采用基于深度学习的多传感器融合算法,融合水面识别单元传输的视觉图像和激光雷达点云信息,对全水域范围垃圾进行自动检测、获取垃圾精确位姿信息并规划清洁船至清洁区域的路径;同时采用分类算法对清洁区域进行分类,合理使用不同收集装置收集垃圾,全过程无需人工远程操作,且清洁效率高。
